Admission Policy (For BS Programs)
1. Allocation of Seats
The number of seats available in IMCG (PG) F-7/2, Islamabad for different BS Programs is as follows:

Note: Quota seats, if not filled with eligible candidates, shall be shifted to Open Merit.
3. Basic Eligibility
A candidate holding a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) from a Pakistani Board,
or an equivalent certificate from any other recognized institution, with at least
50% marks, is eligible for admission to the BS Program.
4. Age Limit
The maximum age limit for admission to the BS Program is
22 years.
Candidates above the age of 22 years shall not be granted admission unless relaxation
is approved by the Vice-Chancellor under special circumstances on the recommendation
of the Principal.
5. Equivalence Certificate
Candidates possessing Foreign Certificates, A-Level, or any equivalent qualification
must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by the
Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) for Matric and Intermediate levels.
Candidates holding certificates with a CGPA from local institutions must also submit
a certificate showing the conversion of grades into marks or percentage issued by the
concerned institution in Pakistan.
6. Merit Criteria
The merit shall be calculated according to the following criteria:

Merit Formula
Merit = (MOM / TM × 30%) + (MOF / TM × 70%)
Where
- MOM = Marks Obtained in Matric or Equivalent
- MOF = Marks Obtained in F.A / F.Sc or Equivalent
- TM = Total Marks
7. Merit List
Merit lists of selected candidates shall be displayed on the college notice board
as well as on the official college website according to the scheduled dates.
No call letters shall be issued to the selected candidates.
Admission to one department shall not entitle a student to migrate to another department.
Candidates seeking admission to more than one BS Program must submit
a separate admission form for each program.
