Singing competition was held today in the college with reference to Collaborative Inter Collegiate Competitions 2022. Participants performed under the categories of Ghazal and folk songs. 12 ICT girls colleges participated in the competition. Chief guests were Akbar Khameesoo Khan- famous Pakistani Alghoza nawaz and Zahid Hussain Jatoi. Judges for the competition were : Mr. Ayub Bobby, Mr.Asad Zaidi and Mr.Imran Nazir. Winners of Ghazal Consolation Prize Tooba Zameer Abbasi of IMCG F-6/2 3rd Position Nazish of IMCG (PG) Margalla 2nd Position Mahnoor Kaleem of IMCG F7/4 1st Position Fareeha of IMCG(PG) F-7/2 withdrawn in favour of Mehak Irfan of IMCG G10-4 Winners of Folk Songs Consolation Prize Rabiya Naqvi and Group IMCG G 10/2 3rd Prize Haram Bibi and Group IMCG I-14/3 2nd Prize Silah Iqbal and Group IMCG Humak 1st Prize Fatima Shahzad and Group IMCG F-6/2 Mr. Akbar Khameesoo Khan gave a delightful rendition of famous folk tunes on the Alghoza. Renowned singer Najam Sheraz joined the event and captivated the audience with his brilliant performance. The guests and the judges were presented with the college crest. The program ended with recitation of the national anthem.
