Admission Procedure

Admission form, alongwith the College Prospectus, can be obtained from the office, on payment, within the dates announced through the press.

The applicants for admission to HSSC (Humanities/Scienc) B.A/B.Sc & M.A are required to submit the documents, mentioned as under, at the time of admission.

Marks Sheet of SSC Examination (2 copies) for admission in HSSC-B.A/ B.Sc
Marks Sheet of SSC, HSSC-II(2 copies) for admission in B.A/B.Sc
Marks sheet of B.A/B.Sc, HSSC-II & SSC (2 copies each) for admission in M.A
Character Certificate from the Institution last attended
Private candidates are required to provide character certificate attested by a gazetted officer not related to them
National Identity Card of father, B-Form (NADRA)/ID Card of the candidate (NADRA) for HSSC, B.A/B.Sc and M.A
Residential proof allotment letter/Lease agreement/ proof of parent's F.G employment if candidate is residing in Rawalpindi
Two Identity Card sized photographs with sky-blue background at the time of depositing admission fee
The selected candidate will be required to show original documents at the time of paying admission fee
Applicants, who have passed SSC Examination from any other Board than the Federal Board, must submit original Board Migration Certificate at the time of admission
Incomplete forms will not be entertained.

Note: Whenever it is detected that an applicant has submitted false/forged documents, her admission will be cancelled

On submission of the duly-filled application form to the College Office, the applicant will be issued a receipt
The names of selected candidates will be displayed on the College Notice Board. They will be required to pay admission fee and other dues within the prescribed period, faiing which their admission will be cancelled
All admission to HSSC Part-I, B.A/B.Sc Part-I & M.A Part-I will be considered provisional until confirmed by the Board/University
No admission would be made without the approval of the Principal who is empowered to refuse admission to any candidate
All admission to HSSC Part-I, B.A/B.Sc Part-I and M.A Part-I shall be determined on the basis of admission policy, provided by the Ministry of Education, Islamabad/Punjab University
